1. What We Provide

SignalWise provides AI search visibility tracking, reporting, and recommendation tools.

The service may help you monitor whether AI answer engines mention your brand, competitors, website, or related sources.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use the service.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Submit content that infringes another party’s rights.
• Use the service to process sensitive personal data unless you have the legal right to do so.
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as guaranteed facts.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

4. User Content and Inputs

You are responsible for the information you submit, including website URLs, brand details, competitor names, prompts, and other inputs.

You confirm that you have the right to submit this information and allow us to process it to provide the service.

5. AI Outputs and Accuracy

AI-generated responses, rankings, recommendations, citations, and reports may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or change over time.

We do not guarantee that:

• Your brand will appear in AI answers.
• AI platforms will return the same result every time.
• Recommendations will improve your visibility.
• Reports will be error-free.
• Third-party AI platforms will remain available.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for business, marketing, legal, financial, or strategic decisions.

6. Third-Party Providers

Our service depends on third-party providers, including hosting platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, databases, AI providers, and search data providers.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, pricing changes, API limits, or policy changes from third-party providers.

Some AI platforms may be unavailable for certain scans. If that happens, the service may continue using the remaining supported platforms.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe or another payment provider.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select.

Prices, plan limits, features, and billing intervals may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription according to the billing settings available in the app.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period.

9. Service Changes

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We may also change platform coverage, scan frequency, usage limits, reports, pricing, or integrations as the product evolves.

10. Beta / MVP Notice

The service may include early-stage, beta, or experimental features.

You understand that the product may contain bugs, incomplete features, changing functionality, or temporary service interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

We own the service, including the software, design, workflows, branding, and product experience.

You retain ownership of your submitted business information and user content.

You may use reports generated from your account for your own business or client work, subject to your plan limits.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

13. No Professional Advice

The service provides software-generated insights and recommendations. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, marketing, or professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding how to use the information.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, misuse the service, fail to pay, or create security or legal risk.

You may stop using the service at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
